No clue what is happening here ... I just installed LR 3.2 on a new PC (Windows 7 64 bits) and no presets were installed at all. I checked in the LR presets directory and found none of them. Fortunately, I had not unistalled it yet from my previous PC and it wasn't too difficult to copy the old ones back. Again, you can find where those presets are by going to Edit/Preferences/Presets/Show Preset Folder.
